Under no circumstances can I recommend this pillow for people with neck problems!
Items arrived as per order overnight. Thus service was good. However, items are totally disappointing in every respect. I was as not told that item would arrive with 1 pillowslip. If that had been clear I would not haver ordered 2 pillowslips at a cost of Australian $30.95 each.

For those who care about their spine!
I am a long-term spine patient. I had theee level ACDF C4-C7 last year. I neeeed something better than my thermarest and a friend and fellow spine patient recommended the Derila. Like him, I love it!! Great price and well made. Works well for back and side sleeping as I do both. Very happy with my selection here!
