Got these for a 3d print i done and they work great and have used them for different jobs as well

The product works as expected on the whole. However contrary to most advice, a special tool is needed to insert these correctly. An ordinary soldering iron tip that does not go all the way through the insert will push the insert into the plastic. However it will fill the insert with the melted debris making it difficult to screw a bolt into the insert without first clearing the blocked thread.

Fantastic, used these on multiple 3D printing projects and I have not encountered any issues with them. I have used them with PLA and PETG And they have been easy to install

Mit einem Lötkolben lassen sie sich einfach und präzise in das gedruckte Teil einsetzen. Die Verbindung sitzt danach bombenfest – viel stabiler und professioneller als mit reingeschnittenem Gewinde oder Schrauben im Kunststoff. Besonders bei komplexeren Modellen, bei denen Bauteile verschraubt oder öfter geöffnet werden müssen, machen diese Gewindeeinsätze den Unterschied. Sie werten die Bauteile nicht nur funktional, sondern auch optisch enorm auf. Fazit: Für alle, die ihren 3D-Drucken ein stabiles, professionelles Gewinde verpassen wollen, ist dieses Set ein Muss. Funktionieren Astrein und das in guter Vielfalt. Natürlich brauch man noch einen Lötkolben und zusätzliche Aufsätze für diesen sollte man auch dazu bestellen.
