If the luggage I received was damaged, who can I look for?

We promise that every Luggex luggage will go through strict quality inspection before shipping. LuggeX claims to will keep the luggage in repair for 3 years. Please let us know and the related team will respond within 12H.

How do I set the code when I first get it?

1.Turn the dials to the correct combination.(0-0-0) 2. Press down the button by a tool, set the new combination (e.g.:8-8-8), then pull the square part. 3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new combination.

Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?

The absence of zipper pulls on the interior of the luggage is a deliberate design choice. This is to prevent any potential scratching or damage to your item.

Why would the handle of the luggage feel a bit shaky?

After extensive testing, a slight degree of handle movement is to ensure long-term usage. Due to the principles of thermal expansion and contraction and the lateral forces, if the handle is too tight, it may become unusable and even cause damage.

Why wasn't a key included with the luggage I received?

LUGGEX luggage features a convenient TSA lock, allowing you to secure your suitcase with a PIN code. Please note that we do not provide a key for this lock, as keys for customs locks are exclusively for official use by customs officials.
