I have sensitive skin so I'm always a little hesitant to try products that are outside of my usual skin routine. As I age, I realized I need a little extra help keeping my skin clear and youthful. It was recommended to me to try a product with Retinol. I've tried Korean skin products in the past with out issues to my sensitive skin so I wanted to try this product. I am very happy with this. It's lightweight. It doesn't feel sticky which is a huge plus since I apply it before bed. I am noticing an improvement in my skin, especially around the areas that get dry. My skin feels nourished and not irritated. The bottle is a beautiful lavender color and a dropper that allows you to apply the amount you want. Recommended.

This is one of my new favorite serums. Helps to repair tired/dull spots, provide hydration, and smooth out rough patches. Just a few drops before bed will do the trick. The bottle is also very pretty and the dropper is satisfying to use.

Using the retinol serum has been an unexpected little ritual that I actually look forward to. The first time I tried it I was struck by how lightweight the texture was yet it felt like it sank right into my skin without leaving any weird residue. My skin can sometimes feel dull and tired especially after long days but this serum somehow feels like a cool drink of water for my face. I love how it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated without being greasy or heavy. It is almost like my skin takes a deep breath after applying it and I can see a slight difference in how refreshed it looks even right after use. Over time I started noticing my skin felt smoother and had a little extra bounce to it which honestly made me smile because I did not expect that at all. The scent is subtle and clean which I really appreciate because I am picky about products that smell too strong. It is a small bottle but it feels like every drop is doing something and I find myself being a little extra careful with how I apply it because I don’t want to waste any of it. It feels like such a simple addition to my routine but I love how it makes my skin feel like it has woken up a little and I am slowly getting that glow back that I thought was long gone.

My wife has been using this for weeks and she uses just a small amount as there is a pipette that is embedded in the lid so you do not want to use much. But she said it tightens yet moisturizes her eyes at the same time. Important not to use this if you are going out in the sun as the retinol can have some adverse effects in the sun. Very attractive bottle and nice labeling. This does not have a strong smell to it and it is a bit tacky or sticky but my wife said it is great so I am giving it a great big 5 star rating.

I stared using Collagen as a nightly serum after turning 30. I have tried many brands before. I've been using Cliv store Serum for a couple of weeks now, and I am very happy with it. I use it in the night after cleansing and before moisturizing. I noticed that it has really helped to reduce the appearance of the fine lines on my face. It has also made my skin feel softer and smoother, so I like that aspect of it as well. It also provides good hydration. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a good collagen serum. Another excellent addition to my Korean skincare.

CLIV retinol and collagen complex serum has been a lovely addition to my skin care routine. Easy to use after washing and toning simply pat in serum using provided dropper allow to absorb to skin prior to applying night time moisturizer. Can be tacky for few minutes but if pat on as recommended decreases tacky feeling to absorb. The serum is not too thick or runny just the perfect balance to apply with ease. No real noticeable fragrance other than light scent in which I do not mind. I am noticing a difference and use in my bedtime routine. No adverse reactions on my sensitive skin. Gentle on my face but packed with powerhouse to make changes! I will be ordering this again for great value. Recommend!

I love Korean made skincare (as a general rule) and this one does not disappoint! Right out of the box, a very aesthetically pleasing glass bottle. This one is of the rubber dropper style dispensers which I really like because it allows for precise dispensing of the product. This is a retinol based serum which has photosensitive properties so please use this serum at night, preferably close to bedtime because sunlight does not play nicely with retinol. You use this serum after wash and toner and before your moisturizer. If you are shopping for Korean serums though you probably already know that already. I'm using this serum on my lower eye and "smile lines" which are the two areas of my face which will readily benefit from a retinol based serum. It glides on smoothly and feels very nice, as a very good quality serum should. If you are looking for a retinol based serum this one is worthy of consideration.

This is a lovely packaged and presented k-beauty product with retinol so it should only be applied in the evening. This is firstly very minimal with scent and thankfully there is no added fragrance. There are a lot of good ingredients in here for facial skincare and perhaps used with only make another serum and then an evening cream it would be good. I however use several serums and this serum stays tacky for quite a bit. I waited at least 10 minutes before applying the next product (a spot treatment) and this caused some major pilling. So if you are using this as one of your last serums before moisturizer than it will be fine and I would totally use this on the regular but while I am using a spot treatment, I would say to wait a lot longer than 10 minutes and maybe you could avoid the pilling. Overall though, the serum is very nice and I will use this once I am no longer using the spot treatments because it works well on it's own.
