I bought this to make a cold coffee drink made with milk and a caramel flavouring. I used to buy ready made milk based coffee drinks from the supermarket and whilst they were nice I was worried about the amount of sugar in them so looked in to making an equivalent drink but without the sugar. Another problem with the bought drinks was the caffeine in them which if I drank a couple of glasses during the evening I struggled to get to sleep afterwards. This item looked ideal as it had a decent capacity, came with a measuring scoop and cleaning sponge, looked good and would sit in a space in the door of my fridge. So to use it I normally add 4 scoops of ground decaffeinated coffee to the infuser section, put in 8 shots of sugar free caramel syrup (Monin brand) to the jug then fill up to the top mark with semi-skimmed milk. The top is then clipped into place and the infuser section lowered in and turned to lock, screw on the lid and place in the fridge to allow the coffee to infuse. I find this makes a cold coffee drink that is easily comparable with the shop bought ones but without the added sugar and decaffeinated to suit. The item is also very easy to clean once you've finished drinking the contents upon which you will be wanting to make more.

Fantastic. Really enjoying my cold brew. I added loose leaf chai tea into the cylinder with the ground coffee! Delicious. Lid is firmly fixed on, no drip pour spout too.

Excellent Cold brew maker and very easy to use. The cleaning sponge provided makes it really easy to clean it thoroughly too, which is a big plus.

I recently started using the Maestri House Cold Brew Coffee Maker to enjoy refreshing iced coffee at home, and it has been a game-changer! The 1.2L pitcher is perfect for brewing a couple of batches for the week, and I love how easy it is to clean. The 350 mesh filter does an excellent job of keeping my coffee grit-free, which makes each sip smooth and enjoyable. However, I did find that it takes a bit longer to steep than I initially expected, so planning ahead is key. Still, the convenience and quality of the brew make it worth it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their cold coffee game!

I looked last year for a cold brew coffee thing as I’d just been using a jar and filtering it, but didn’t find any I thought would work well for me. Found this on looking this year and it’s great and I’m so glad I coughed up, makes it so much easier to make and clean up. Just don’t pack the coffee too tight and I fill the water in the middle through the strainer so I can make sure all the ground get wet initially, rather than just filling up the jug and then dunking the coffee tub thing into the water. Make sure you test the leaking over the sink so you can adjust the screw top before you put it in the fridge on its side.

Used a couple of times, really useful for bulk brewing cold brewing for the week or for a group of people for the day. Instructions are very clear and easy to understand. I will say before pouring to shake as the coffee can settle.

Brilliant item, easy to set up and use. Would recommend. Great for cold brew coffee lovers.

Leak proof, easy to clean, leaving the coffee clear and smooth.

Filter clogs. Have to open up the filter capsule and stir the insides around to get some water to actually penetrate the filter. One of the clips holding the lid on has broken after about 7 uses.

Very good for cold brewing. Coffee comes out rich and bold after 24 hours in fridge. Great for summer coffee. The jar is well made and robust...it doesn't leak not even laid down in fridge.

Excellent cold brew pitcher. Very suited for a fridge as it can be placed both vertically and horizontally. I keep mine in one of those small beverage fridges and it just what I needed. The seal is tight, the coffee filter is easy to clean having both ends removable. Totally recommend you if you're looking for one.
