Delicious
I took it and like it and honestly for me it was a great snack. I like to snack throughout the day and this actually helped quite allot. The flavor is good too.

Nice surprise
Taste good. I need scissors to open but oh well. I have done nothing different and after a week of this (I’m 50 yrs old) a 27yo male coworker made an unsolicited comment that my skin looked amazing. After 2 weeks I noticed eyelashes were longer ?? Am I trippin? No they actually grew. Will purchase on repeat
