This is a great non stimulant option instead of pre workout to keep me going! It feels effective at keeping me wanting to move without the jitteriness that other pre workout can sometimes give. It tastes sweet and fine just as is to me. I knock it down. However, it has mixability and I think it tastes good mixed into some juice! You could even add it to water if you want to sip a little more leisurely. Evogen has always been a top contender as my choice for supplements, I find the quality to be outstanding, and very valuable as a personal supplement. I recommend!
