Convenient Nutrition Drink My Kid Actually Enjoys
I started buying the Ensure Original 24-pack to help make sure my kid was getting enough calories and nutrients on busy days, and it’s been a great addition to our routine. My favorite this is my favorite supplement maintaining after surgery weight.
Two of the bottles were busted open in the 24 count package I ordered. I took pictures for Amazon.

It's healthy and you can add stuff to make it even more healthy and delicious!
I add protein powder (tasteless) liquid minerals (also tasteless) and ground cinnamon, all from Amazon. Plus real vanilla extract and heavy cream from the supermarket. I use an old mayonnaise jar because the lid screws on tight. Put the recommended amount of protein powder in the jar, add 1/4 to 1/3 of a teaspoon of cinnamon and mix well - If you try to add the cinnamon after you've put in any of the liquid, it won't blend in. Pour in the Ensure. Then I add two Tbs of the liquid minerals - be sure to shake that bottle really well first - then the vanilla, 1/4 to 1/3 tsp. Shake it all up in the jar, and be sure the lid is on tight! Lastly, and this is optional, two Tbs heavy cream. Shake again. I drink it out of a frosty mug (also from Amazon). It's really tasty and all the ingredients are healthy, with the possible exception of the heavy cream. The only ingredients that have calories are the Ensure and the optional cream. ENJOY!
