I love Stasis! If I took my stimulants every day this would probably be the only thing I ever took, but since my stimulants are often out of stock I supplement with the different blends by the other part of this company, Thesis. I take the night pills about 30 minutes before bed and I sleep so well and wake up feeling rested. A weird perk is stasis can give me some pretty fun dreams. I think it’s the skullcap. Overall I just feel a lot better taking my stimulants when I also take stasis.

I can definitely tell a difference on nights and morning that I don’t take this product. It’s a bit pricey but if you’re on stimulants, you know the feeling you get when you start to crash and you need to recharge. This has helped ease those symptoms for me.

My sleep scores have never been higher! The only stimulant I take is caffeine but have had trouble staying asleep, and this has worked wonders for me.

So far has not helped me fall asleep. I still have to take zzzquil to go to bed.

This has expensive ingredients like astaxanthin (good for sun protection also!), magnolia bark. Small amount of melatonin—not likely to make u groggy. But $61? If you really need to knock yourself out, maybe go for a prescription med, that is, if you have insurance. This blend is pretty comprehensive and gives you nutrients, too. But it took me about two hours to fall asleep and I woke up early. I also did feel kind of cranky in the morning. All this said, I’m a horrible insomniac and barely anything works except for low-dose seroquel and quvivic. I do prefer to alternate with natural meds like this, though. I wouldn’t rely on this if I really needed to sleep quickly, but when I’m super tired, I will go for something like this. At this price, though, I doubt I would order this at my own cost. If you do try it, I’d supplement with something like tart cherry and maybe some collagen.

The Stasis Nightime supplement does a good job of preparing me to sleep. I am more relaxed and ready to go to sleep. I have not noticed that it has kept me sleeping longer. I like that the combination of ingredients is suppose to help with deep restorative sleep and protect the brain and promote overall being. The capsules were easy to swallow with no lingering aftertaste. The price is a bit steep for the 25 servings.
