When I first received it, it was a bit melted due to the traveling in the heat of being delivered. The seller emailed instructions and also warned me about how the delivery could have an impact on it. I placed in fridge for a good 20mins and omg it hardened like it should have, it stays solid, and my children and husband absolutely love the feeling.
