This has been an absolute life saver for me. My apartment heats up and has no air conditioning making this a necessity. It keeps me cool and helps me function better in the hot humid summer months. The Velcro works great and the vest has help up to daily use. It is worth every penny!

I have several herniated discs and ordered this to help address inflammation in my neck and upper back. It has been an absolute game changer! It gets colder and stays colder longer than any other ice pack I’ve had and is an essential part of my kit of things I’ve accumulated to help with the symptoms. It does take up quite a bit of space in my freezer but for how effective it is, I’m happy to give it the space.

Bought this for post ACDF surgery and I'm glad I did! Icing helps tremendously (haven't used it for heat application). The pack fits pretty good and appears to be of good quality. The pack provides good coverage of upper back and shoulders. The neck part is my only complaint. Its only able to go up the neck slightly and doesn't wrap around. It does become more flexible as it thaws, though. For reference, I'm 5'9, 160lbs. I highly recommend this!

This is amazing if you have POTS and need help regulating your core temperature in the heat. Chills quickly in the freezer and folds flat. One side of the wrap is terry cloth and absorbs condensation well. Great find!

I bought this ice pack to use on my cervical spinal injury, which it does help for that, but I was also hoping I could use it outside when watering my plants because It has the Velcro so it stays in place. It's so hot out, I thought this would help. It stayed cold outside for maybe 10 minutes.But at least I can still use it inside the house. It stays cold about 20 minutes .The part where it attaches and around the neck down to the chest is kinda weird. It will choke you out if you aren't careful. I think the design is great and the idea for the velcro and the front is great but the design just needs to be tweaked. I also wish the fabric that's on the outside was the same fabric that was on the inside.It's easy to use, soft on one side.Update: after a few weeks of using, I found it needs more gel or whatever they use in between the material, that gets cold. Even if I push it out in the back portion, it's very thin and doesn't stay cold for very long. Definitely needs more filling.

I love this ice pack! It covers the areas I need it to quite nicely. It keeps cold for a long time. I only use it for 20 or so minutes at a time, but the ice pack is still plenty cold when I'm done. Its sturdy and easy to use.

Great ice pack. Im undergoing PT for shoulder injury that puts stress on my shoulders, neck and upper back. This pack covers all those areas and has great velcro tabs that keep it firmly in place and puts great pressure on all those areas. The best ice pack I've had. Works even better if you can sit in a recliner while using and lean back in the chair. Even provides coverage for the neck

For the most part I like this product- I will do" a work around" with regards to the collar anchor. Much too tight around my neck when I use button fastner . It should have been an adjustable velcro system allow for the varying size of necks. Right now with this tight retention fastening it gets close to a choking feeling. I also agree that it loses the coldness rather fast, but it is good while it lasts.
