This was my favourite buy of last year. Easy to use, hoovers and cleans the floor at the same time- game changer! Easy to clean once used too. Isn’t heavy at all too which is great. Battery lasts well, but if on the max power mode can run out quicker, but it does charge fast which is great.

Seems to work pretty well Some marks need running over several times but probably an improvement on hand scrubbing Only makrs it seems to fail to remove are hardened/solidified grease/fat/wax all of which seem easy enough to shift with a fingernail (on Lino) As others have noted, its really surprising how dirty the waste water tank isafter running over a "clean" floor Not sure what some reviewers mean when they say it doesnt cleat to the edge. The front and LH side do leave a gap but the right side is specifically designed for edge cleaning ad went right up to the edge of the kickboard with no problems at all. Of course that means you sometimes need to swap the machine round and go the other way to clean an edge on the left side... Difficult to see how you could get away from that issue though.

What a fantastic tool this is. I have tiles and carpet in my house, and the vacuum part of this works great on both. The head of the vacuum is really maneuverable and easy to get round corners - getting into areas my usual vacuum never seems to. I love that it is cordless so no need to drag the cord out from getting stuck around doors etc., but honestly the power is such that it makes no difference to other corded machines. It is really easy to put together - instructions are spot on and really easy to follow, my one slight issue is that I keep forgetting how to put the rollar back in after I have given it a wash after cleaning my tiles on the wet cycle. Quick read of the instructions and I can't believe how easy it is, but yet I seem to get it so wrong! It is really simple to switch between modes, empty the dust/dirty water bottle, and also to fill up the clean water bottle. I also love that it comes with a docking station so once you have used it no messing with plugging anything in, as the wire goes into the docking station, and it charges up as you store it. It is pretty quick to charge fully, so even when I have run out of charge - if I have hoovered and then mopped, it is quick to charge back up. I have a number of floor cleaners, mops (electric, normal, super spinning etc.) and other gadgets, but this is by far my favourite. For all I got one on vine, I actually already bought one before I got one through the scheme and I have to say it was worth every penny, excellent back saving cleaner and a joy to use

I can't believe I waited so long to buy this because of the price. It is worth every penny. So easy to use. I have a dog and had pretty much given up on clean floors because it was such a chore but now I just use for a few minutes every day and have clean floors 24/7. It's brilliant. Really happy I chose the cordless one. A note about the Bissell cleaning solution. So many reviews mention how expensive it is but it is 7x concentrated. I used a 2 litre bottle and mixed in 280ml of the solution and it lasts ages. Fill up to water line then add solution, easy.

Had item just over a month. Charged it when arrived and worked well. Been in hospital and now it will not charge passed 10% and I have missed the return window

Love it. Had the old model but was fed up with old model not getting into the corners/ edges. Now with this new ‘edge’ model you don’t have to vacuum the corners and edges as this 2in 1 does it all. Money well spent, helps a busy family

Brilliant machine for the general floors, but its selling feature, edge to edge cleaning, is poor. It unfortunately only goes to the edge on the right side, thus, in hard to reach places and corners that require the left side to clean, it doesn't do what it says onbthe box. Great machine, failed edge work
