Bought to help with weakness due to ulnar nerve compression. Particularly like the finger pistons one. Also helps with ADHD and anxiety.

I’m loving this Grip Strengthener and all the other accessories that come with it. It’s well made, seems sturdy enough and has bags of scope for development and you can work the flexor and extensor muscles at whatever level you’re at. Loads of hand rehab exercises can be done and the, I’m going to say, pretty comprehensive user manual that also come with this product will keep those hands busy for as long as you want them to be. Assuming of course you can keep up because this grip strengthener and the accessories will tire your hands out a long time before you get anywhere near tiring this product out. If I was going to pick at anything, it would be the inbuilt rep counter and reset function - it does the job but it could and should really be so much better - hence the 4 star review and not 5 stars. On the whole I would absolutely recommend this product - it offers what I think is fantastic value for money and if they sorted that rep counter out it’d be a 5 star product all day long for me. I’m loving it - although my hand’s aren’t 😂🤨
