I am absolutely blown away by the DREAME H12 Pro FlexReach Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner this has completely transformed the way I clean my home. From the moment I started using it, I could tell this was a high-quality, thoughtfully designed machine. The all-in-one vacuum and mop feature is a total game changer. It effortlessly handles both dry debris and wet messes in a single pass, leaving my floors spotless, streak-free, and looking brand new every time. The 180° lie-flat design is one of my favorite features. It glides smoothly under furniture like couches and beds, reaching areas that are usually hard to clean. I also love the “no tangle” brush especially in a busy household, it keeps everything running smoothly without constant maintenance. What really sets this vacuum apart is the hot self-cleaning function. Knowing the brush is being cleaned and dried at a high temperature gives me so much confidence that everything stays hygienic and fresh after each use. It’s such a convenient and smart feature. The cordless design and long runtime make cleaning feel effortless and unrestricted. I can easily move from room to room without stopping, and the performance remains powerful throughout. I just got the Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach vacuum cleaner, and it’s been amazing for cleaning around the kitchen. I used to mop with a regular mop and broom, but the Dreame cleans circles around the old way. It takes me a quarter of the time and leaves the floors much cleaner. Our baby recently started solids and has been dropping food on the floor, and this makes it so much easier to clean up quickly. The anti-hair feature has worked as advertised—I haven’t had any issues cleaning up stray hair around the house, unlike with my Dyson vacuum, where I had to clean the roller every month. The battery is great for our space. On Auto mode, I can clean our kitchen and living area with about 50% battery remaining. When using Turbo mode, it still manages to clean the whole space. The base station is excellent for easy cleanup. I never have to scrub or throw mop heads into the washing machine. It cleans and dries the mop, which means no smells day after day. The water tank is about the perfect size for my needs. If I use Turbo mode, I usually use the entire tank for the kitchen and living room. On Auto, I can get 2–3 full cleanings before needing to refill. The dirty water tank is smaller than the other H12 models, but I haven’t had to empty it mid-cleaning yet. The size is perfect for getting into all the nooks and crannies, and the edge-to-edge cleaning with full flat vacuuming makes it easy to maneuver around tables and chairs. I love the dry suction mode for rugs so I don’t have to bring out both a vacuum and a mop—it’s a one-stop shop for cleaning floors. For the price, I don’t think you can go wrong with the Dreame H12. It’s done everything I want and more. It’s so simple to use that I can handle daily maintenance or spot cleaning, leaving my house feeling fresh every day.

I really liked this dry and wet vacuum cleaner because it mops and vacuums at the same time which makes the cleaning of your house done in less time it also captures the hairs and cuts them while you mop which is perfect if you have pets, it can also be adjusted to clean in narrower spaces or on edges, it has a powerful suction, it is effective and of very good quality the battery lasts approximately 50 minutes the best of all is that it comes with self cleaning leaving it ready for the next use, I definitely loved it 👌

Delivered on time. Directions mostly followed. But delivery was suspicious. Had three deliveries that night. Seemed like they were coordinated by a crazy stalker to interfere with the delivery. Ghosts are real and they do weird things. Literally haunt Me and messed up the delivery. I know it’s a spirit. It possesses and delivers to Me often. Follows same patterns exactly even with different hosts and companies. The ghost loop is so precise I can map it more accurately than GPS also I can predict it extremely well. So 1 star for not stopping the evil unclean spirits. The vacuum is a breeze though. Biggest disappointment is it uses a lot of cleaning water solution. Which is why I opted for a model with the dry suction. I clean My floors often so they rarely get big messes. I run the wet mode temporarily then switch to dry. It finishes My floors well. Then switch to wet again if I need more solution. I didn’t find a pause button so I have to turn off anytime I would otherwise use a pause to pick something up or do any temp task. The 12 pro flex reach has excellent reach. Thin head with edge to edge cleaning, goes under anything bigger than it. Flexes a full 180’ which is extremely convenient for Me. It uses lots of watered down solution, but the concentrated solution just uses 10ml or about 30% of a cap. Seems like it will last. Both drying functions seem to function. It talks to remind of simple tasks such as to clean after each use etc. (although since I’m haunted, the ghost talks through the machine, so it’s a blessing and a curse. I know it’s the ghost, because he talks a certain way, in a constant consistent pattern, easy to identify. Yes they can possess humans and tech among other things). Easy to refill and clean. Has hepa filter. Has four modes which I haven’t practiced yet. Smart turbo quiet and dry. Quiet is a little quieter than smart. I mostly use dry to conserve water and not refill after every use. It glides very smoothly. Turns well. I used to use a eureka 430. This is definitely a league up and drives like a Lexus compared to previous. Sucks well enough, I didn’t test on anything heavy. Battery lasts plenty long enough for Me. Store on charger so it’s always 100% when using.

This is great for my tile floors and wood. Lots of dirty water after cleaning mean its doing its job. Easy to use even with the dog hair though needs cleaning after use to rid the machine of the dirt.

I had been searching for something that would make cleaning my floors easier without having to bring out the vacuum AND the mop separately, and this Dreame H12 Pro FlexReach does it all in one. Since it arrived at my house, I haven’t mopped by hand once.What I loved the most is that it vacuums and mops at the same time, with 18,000 Pa of suction and dual brushes that rinse themselves with clean water as you clean, so you’re not just spreading dirt around the floor. It also has a hair detangling system that keeps the brush roll tangle-free, which was a constant problem at my house.I also loved that it lays completely flat and slides under furniture without scratching the floor. It reached all the way under my couch with no problem.It has four cleaning modes: Automatic, Ultra, Suction-Only, and Quiet, which is great because I use the quiet mode at night without waking anyone up.

*UPDATE* Contacted the customer service regarding the roller issue, they were very helpful and responded promptly to all my questions. Since the product is less than a year old, they were able to replace it for me. It arrived very fast and I'm still able to have a vacuum to use. Giving them 4 stars for their after-purchase service. I can't say I love it for the price I paid. Although having the wet and dry cleaning function is handy, but I don't think it's really necessary. I first found out about this on IG and wanted to give it a try. The wet cleaning does take off some stain on the floor, but if you have stubborn grease, it won't do it. Also if you're looking to sanitize the floor because you have kids, you should probably look somewhere else, like a traditional mop might still be the best option. I will give it that the suction of the vacuum is good, and I'm only using it as a regular vacuum now. Also, the roller is starting to pop out while cleaning after half year of use. I'm contacting customer service to see if they can offer a solution.

I'm the mom that has a robot vacuum so i only vacuum when the dust bunnies are about to grow legs. Mopping is even less frequent and I just squirt cleaner on a spot and use my for to push around paper towel because the thought of getting a mop and bucket out is a dead end. So I've always wanted a wet dry vac to combine two of my most hated tasks so that they maybe both get done more often or at least more efficiently. Turns out i was right. Its definitely not meant for dealing with the bunnies but if i pull this out, it's so easy to use that i end up doing the whole floor. I'm mopping at least once a week now. I keep it on the charger so it's always ready and it lasts about 45 minutes which is more than enough time to do my living room dining room and kitchen plus the hallway. i really love the lay flat feature and the self cleaning rollers.

A los dos meses dejó de funcionar la bomba que humedece el rodillo. Servicio al cliente de Dreame es poca ayuda. Necesitan el producto en Ciudad de México y si la falla es atribuible al usuario es él quien paga el envío ya que no entra en garantía y la experiencia indica que siempre es posible echar la culpa al usuario y asunto arreglado.

Buena compra, limpia bien el porcelanato aunque no de la forma que esperaba (sin marcas de agua), en pisos con acabado mate deja bastantes manchas, levanta muy bien polvo y pelos de las mascotas. Simplemente cumple con su función
