I’ve been using the Wellgard My Journey (MJ) Multivitamin, and overall I’m really impressed with it. It feels like a very comprehensive formula, packed with a wide range of 21 vitamins and minerals, designed to support energy levels, muscle function, and general wellbeing. One of the biggest positives is the energy support. It contains a high dose of Vitamin B12 and magnesium, which really helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and gives a more steady, natural feeling of energy throughout the day rather than a quick boost. I also like that it’s clearly designed for people who may not always get a perfectly balanced diet, as it helps fill in nutritional gaps and supports things like immune health, bone strength, and muscle function. The inclusion of minerals like zinc, iron, and magnesium makes it feel more complete than a basic supermarket multivitamin. Another plus is that it’s easy to take daily and doesn’t feel harsh on the stomach when taken with food. After a few weeks, I noticed a general improvement in stamina and less of that mid-day energy dip. The only downside is that it’s quite a strong formula, especially the iron content, so it may not be suitable for everyone without checking tolerance first. Also, like many multivitamins, it’s not an instant fix — consistency is key. Overall: A powerful, all-in-one multivitamin that genuinely supports energy, muscle function, and daily health. A great option if you want something more advanced than a basic multivitamin.

I really don't buy multivitamins as rather make sure of having the correct amount daily but this one is just excellent. Will get a subscription at the end of this month. Great quality and amount of mineral and vitamins added. Excellent value for money combined with high quality product. Caps are easy to swallow as not big.

These are just fantastic! Really helped reduce side effects on my monjaro journey. Reduced hair loss, no fatigue and most importantly no more sulphur burps! Granted large pills but they are easy to swallow and I take two every night. I buy these in bulk when they are on offer. Well done well guard 😁 these are 💯 for your journey.

Nice packaging. Seems like they’ll do the trick to keep me healthy whilst on my journey and they are easy to swallow capsules, not gigantic compressed powder like other vitamin supplements. Although the packaging lacks clarification, it’s clear these are designed for those using MJ for weight management.

7 months into my journey and not a single side effect. I have consistently taken both this and the gut star supplement daily. Highly recommended and so convenient to have both on subscrib ed and save ensuring I never run out.

Too soon to really tell if having any significant impact but I’ve had no symptoms since being on them. Make sure you take it with food though, as on an empty tummy it did make me feel a bit nauseated. No taste, all nicely sealed as you would expect supplements to be. Capsules with the ingredients in which I prefer to big chalky tablets.

The tablets themselves were quite big, they are a supplement to take alongside other things you are doing. Me personally I didn't feel too much difference, that's not to say it wouldn't work for others, everyone is an individual and it is difficult to tailor something so specific to the individual needs. They have other choices so maybe I should have tried one of their alternatives. Now for the checklist of ideas, no odd taste, no weird texture, appears as a tablet should appear, noticed no difference in energy, price about what you would expect in the vitamin market.

They’re now part of my routine and I’d definitely keep buying them. Not the most glamorous purchase in the world, but genuinely one of the most useful ones.
