I take one a day and if I skip a day or so I start feeling ankle pain again. Damaged it years ago playing ball and I don’t take any pain meds. These are the only thing I’ve found that actually helps me. Lots of studies coming out now showing good benefits of vitamin D3 and I’ve been taking 10,000iu daily for years. Great stuff.

I just received this product yesterday. I knew it was high potency, but I didn't realize this was not a supplement to take daily. The bottle directives are to take one capsule every three days, or as directed by a physician. This is a liquid filled capsule, small, and easy to swallow. Quality seems to be great.

UPDATE - NEW VITAMIN D TEST RESULT: By God's grace, thanks to this product, my vitamin D level is now 75.7 and in the optimal range I wanted it to be in. See doctor's note on attached photo. I take 4-5 times a week with a meal that contains fat. This product works! ------------------------------------------------- *Original review below... ------------------------------------------------- Two years ago, before taking this product, my vitamin D level was 29. My doctor prescribed 50,000 IU just for 3 months (I guess for a jump start). 2 years later, glory to God, this Now supplement has helped me reach and maintain an optimal vitamin D level (recent result is 60.6). I take one 3-5 times a week with a meal containing fat. It is tiny and easy to swallow. Also, I am black. Black people need more sunlight because of our melanin. The darker the skin the more sunlight is needed. So, a good supplement is essential for those of us who, for whatever reason, don't get enough sunlight. One more thing, you want the vitamin D level above 50. The minimum is 30. I did not begin feeling the benefits of vitamin D (as it relates to pain, sleep and overall feeling mentally and physically balanced) until my levels reached the higher range. Be patient and keep taking it. I highly recommend this product.

I just took some, so I can't review how it works at this time. I do have high hopes due to I have purchased products from this brand before and I like the quality, clean products they produce. I will buy more products from this seller.

Excellent product

The soft gel caps are smaller than I expected and are very easy to swallow. After having low vitamin D levels for years and having to take paste (unpleasant taste) six months of theses supplements and my levels are slightly over, which I am addressing. Great result for me after long standing deficiency.
