better than expected, great remote! Quality, and I also love the color. Holds a charge for a long time, and hey, it just works, feels great and decent response time. Get it for the price, you won't regret it.

I've heard alot of good things about the seller "AKNES" from Madlittlepixels YT channel, and I had been eyeballing this controller for a while now. I decided to pull the trigger (no pun intended) and order from them. The controller came quickly, and to my surprise it was updated for Switch 2 right out of the box! I've ordered alot of 8Bitdo in the past, and I've had to update them all manually. Kudos to AKNES and I'll order again in the future! I personally have used mine as a backup controller for when friends visit, and I'm often complimented on these as they think they are expensive Pro Controllers. The quality is there, but here is a detailed breakdown of my thoughts: Pros: - The price. Its a quality controller for a fraction of a Pro controller price - Hall effect sticks. This prevents your sticks from drifting! - L4 and R4 buttons inclusion is a nice touch - The dark blue color is great. Cons: - This is a nitpick but the colors shown in the stock photos are more a brighter "blue" than what the controller really is. It still is nice, and again, a nitpick. - The 8bitdo Ultimate Software used to map buttons and change settings does not work with these. This is has always plagued me about 8Bitdo, as the controller is called "Ultimate. 2C", and the software is named after the same. But it will not recognize it. You'll have other use the Software Updater to update and the included card with the packaging to map your buttons. - Custom inputs and apparently can not be used to map your analog sticks. So if you need a Hadouken mapped to R4 or L4, you probably can't do that here.

This controller is awesome, especially for the price. I think I would rather buy two of these controllers then one Official Pro Controller. I bought this specifically for the Switch 2 since the Switch 2 Pro Controller is so pricey and hard to even get. I had previously bought a 8bitdo controller for my PC and have had nothing but good experiences with it so I bought this for the Switch 2. I love the $29 dollar price tag. I was worried when I first got the controller however, because the controller would not pair with the Switch 2. I tried pairing wirelessly and using a wire connected to the Switch 2. Neither would pair. Turns out the controller needs a Firmware updated to be able to pair with the Switch 2. It would pair with my Switch 1, just not Switch 2. The Firmware was pretty easy to install, however finding the right software and Firmware package was not he easiest. The Firmware that I installed was also a beta Firmware and not even officially released. As a software engineer, this was not a big deal for me but I could see of lot of typical consumers buy this controller for Switch 2 and send it back thinking it is defective. Other then the Firmware issue, the controller has worked flawlessly and I love it.

nice controller! looks nice and feels good to hold and use. the information that the company gives on this site is more helpful than the one that comes in the box. That said, it connected just fine and I was able to figure out the turbo feature once I came back here and I am once again able to fish in Harvest Moon.

I ordered two of these controllers for my Switch to replace my original joycons and have been really impressed. They feel great in hand and don’t cause cramping, even during longer gaming sessions. Connection to the Switch is seamless, and charging is quick and straightforward. So far, the joysticks haven’t shown any drifting like the original Joy-Cons, which makes a big difference. Overall, these controllers are solid and enjoyable to use for anyone who spends a lot of time gaming.

cant say anything about this controller since I bought it by mistake, was looking for PC, endup buying later the wukong 8bit do and all I can say is about the brand, IS FANTASTIC!!! TOTALLY WORTH IT

Almost every Switch controller I’ve gotten has fallen victim to stick drift over time and I was beyond sick of how much money I was wasting on controllers when I’m a casual player at best and never had to deal with this on any generation of consoles prior to this. It was unheard of for even my cheap controllers to fail before. I have one 8BitDo controller still kicking so I wanted to invest in another, this time wondering if they had any with Hall effect, a technology touted as the solution to stick drift. While I haven’t had it long enough to verify the long term, I will say, I love that it is light, ergonomic and for the price, very worth it if the Hall Effect feature is what it claims to be. Connecting was super easy; first time use, I turned on my Switch (we have three other Switches in this house so I didn’t want to risk pairing to someone else’s on accident) and pressed the ‘pixel heart’ home button and I was good to go. I love that the indicator lights are under the bottom lip so they’re not shining in your face at night or low light. I played for hours today to give it a good test run and so far, so good. The buttons don’t feel as slick and quiet as pricier controllers, but the stick textures are perfect. I haven’t messed with the additional buttons or programming but there are plenty extras for those that do. I like the location of them; not easy to press unintentionally like some configurations. Overall, it just confirms why I bought from them a second time.

Didn't work. Be connected just fine to my device. However, it already had terrible stick drift and made it impossible to play. Games. Would not recommend.

It feels great in my hands and plays well. Con: it won't power on a switch 2. I purchased it when I had the original Switch and was surprised when it didn't. I had an issue with charging and customer support was great

Ich nutze den 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Bluetooth Controller jetzt seit etwa zwei Jahren regelmäßig mit meiner Switch und hatte bisher keinerlei Probleme. Für mich ist er im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sogar die bessere Alternative zum offiziellen Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Verarbeitung und Bedienung fühlen sich hochwertig an, und die Steuerung ist präzise – besonders die Hall-Effekt-Joysticks sind ein großer Vorteil, da sie langfristig weniger anfällig für Drift sind. Ein Feature, das ich im Alltag wirklich schätze: Man kann mit dem Controller direkt die Konsole einschalten, was den Komfort deutlich erhöht. Vorteile: Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Präzise Steuerung durch Hall-Effekt-Joysticks Konsole lässt sich direkt per Controller starten Zuverlässig auch bei längerer Nutzung (bei mir seit 2 Jahren problemlos) Nachteile: Design ist Geschmackssache (nicht identisch mit dem Original) Fazit: Ein zuverlässiger und durchdachter Controller, der eine echte Alternative zum Pro Controller darstellt. Wer Geld sparen möchte, ohne auf Qualität zu verzichten, macht hier wenig falsch.

Los botones y los joysticks son grandes y el control se siente más sólido y con mejor agarre que los originales joycons. El rumble puede ser un poco excesivo si estás muy acostumbrado a los originales, pero en lo particular me agrada. El emparejamiento es rápido y sin problemas.
