Customer service at this company was phenomenal. I unfortunately had to replace this keyboard on the fly after one of the buttons stopped working consistently. After contacting customer support they offered a replacement which I didn’t need as I had to go out to an electronics store and replace it immediately. After telling them that I was given a refund. All of this was quick and painless. So in reality I’m reviewing the service more than the product. Jus know that if you have problems with the item the will take care of you.

I recently purchased a Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard, and it's been a fantastic addition to my setup. The connection is seamless, and I love the convenience of being able to switch between devices with ease. The keys are responsive and comfortable to type on, making it perfect for long work sessions or casual browsing. The compact design is also a big plus, as it doesn’t take up much space on my desk. Whether for work or leisure, this keyboard offers great performance and portability, and I highly recommend it!

It worked great for 2 months, but then started having connection issues. It would disconnect whenever idle for even a few minutes and then when reconnecting it would lag terribly. Plugging it in helped for a while (but of course defeated the purpose of it being wireless). Now every day it lags so badly and it takes forever to reset it (on/off, reconnect, plug/unplug, etc.) It's worthless now, even plugged in, but of course no longer returnable.

Had this for about 6 months and it doesn't consistently work anymore. Sometimes random keys wont work....other times I have to connect/disconnect several times for it to work at all.

Overall, this keyboard works really well. My only issues are it takes a minute or so before it connects when you try to start using it if you haven’t used it in a little while. I wish the backspace button was a bit bigger, but maybe that’s just me. Overall though a good purchase.

Very nice for my Mac desk computer

When my Apple magic keyboard gave up, I decided to give this keyboard a try. I am completely happy with his choice, as it is, identical can function as the Apple keyboard add 1/3 the price!
