Not sure if the recipe or the flour itself but I only get such a rich flavor and a fantastic dough by using this flour. I made a focaccia and its flavor really speaks volumes in how good quality of the flour is. The texture was amazing and I’d buy it again as the results were exceptional. It’s not a cheap flour but it’s worth it.
