For the price I was expecting it would not be a strong piece of equipment and was amazed how well built this is! Not too difficult to put together either as most of it came bolted together. Nearly all bolts and screws attached so that you wouldn't need to go hunting for them or checking you have enough when attaching 4 other bits of the frame!Over a few days of use the performance has been great. I have looked at various videos of their recommended exercises and I'm already getting results in my fitness level. I'm seeing some toning of legs, arms and core. I've still a long way to go to achieve my fitness goals but with regular use I can see this will do the trick.Really happy I got this and of course it folds together making it great to stand against a wall, under the bed, stairs or in a cupboard. Can't fault this gym equipment.I bought a treadmill from some other company before this purchase which cost me 2 1/2 times the price and it was dreadful. The belt would slide around and just walking or jogging on it was a limited form of exercise. I had to return it. I was just lucky to see an equivalent model of the row n ride advertised on QVC which was an old video. After some research of the different models I decided to to go for the Sunny Health & Fitness one. I don't regret it.I'm looking to having an all-over toned body with a strong flat core. I'm no young 20 something either! But exercising will improve anyone's body whatever their age!

I'm glad I bought this machine, especially for the days that I can't go to the gym. It's easy to use, and offers comfort at home.

This is a really good machine. It almost employs all major muscles. The body is strong and the price affordable.

Love this. I wanted something that stretched and moved my whole body to help loosen up joints and this does the trick. Can push bum backwards and get a good back and shoulder stretch and pull the handlebars back and forth to strengthen back. Can choose level of pull and how far you push it. Good for beginners. Really pleased with it, and it folds away when you need it to. Price was excellent.

Once we worked out how to assemble it we find it to be just the job for increasing muscle strength which is important as you age. The instructions took both of us to work out.

This is an inexpensive machine, so I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of it. Comprehensive and well diagrammed instructions make it easy to assemble (15-20minutes), and it`s simple and effective to use. I use mine before and after sessions on my cross trainer and I feel I`m getting a thorough work out. A good purchase, 5 stars.

So far so good. Fast delivery! Easy to assemble with good instructions. Seems very sturdy and stable but only used it properly today. Then watched You Tube vids and that was a great help guiding people through the exercises and workouts. Plus this can be used in many ways. I am almost 76 and this is easy to use and folds up almost flat. Very adjustable for tall or short users. So pleased with it so far and will get a set of spare resistance bands for it in the future just in case I need them. 👍

I bought this trainer for my Son Xmas as he loved mine so much. I purchased mine on Amazon around 2021 - the framework is not as substantial this time round. It is as lighter framework and doesn't have the same sturdy feeling. On saying that it has the same concept, suitable for up to a medium framed person. I love this trainer as it does all the hard work for you.. Helps thighs, legs n upper body strength. very enjoyable workout. Folds straight and can put against a wall or behind the couch for storing. Took star off as is not as sturdy.

Really nice machine for the price! It was super easy to assemble and it does your body right. You will definitely feel the burn with this machine. You workout your arms, glutes, legs and arms. Basically a full body workout in one. I’m really happy to have found this machine. It’s also pretty easy to fold and store. You can adjust the length of the seat and arms. Making it easy for everyone to use.I am able to use it and I am 5”2 aswell as my boyfriend who is 5”10. Definitely recommend 10/10.

My husband and I absolutely love this machine! We purchased it because my husband was recovering from a back injury and we thought it would help him strengthen slowly without putting too much strain on his lower back. It's perfect! He kept it at the 90 degree position and is now just begining at the 30 degree. It has done the trick! Between this and phyiscal therapy he is almost back to normal! The multiple squat levels make it accessible for a wide range of age groups and capabilites. (We are in our 30s.) For me I love it! I'm a decently active/ in-shape person and this machine is quite a workout! In the month that we've had it, I've noticed a significant improvement in the toning of my legs, back and glutes. And my knees are so much stronger! I no longer have any stiffness or pain from a previous injury! I'm not sure why some reviewers claim this machine is uneffective. I find it quite challenging. My only thought is that perhaps they may have the settings of the handle bars and seat off, while letting their momentum do all the work. I keep the handle bars at hip height and only moved the seat forward 2 notches. I'm up to 250 squats a day on two bands, averaging about 100 squats/ 6+min. Although sometimes I add a leg band to vary the workout a bit. (I should mention that this is only part of my workout. I combine it with lifting weights, rowing and jogging.) It's extemely stable and both of us feel completely safe using it. I can only recommend that you watch a video or two about the machine, if you don't feel like it's working, just to get an idea of how to use it effectively. I personally feel the workout everywhere, even in my calves! But you can't go too fast! It's all about form and consistency. Then you will get a decent cardio workout! Originally I was very skeptical, but I'm so glad we added this to our at home gym!

約一時間で組み立てられたので、届いた日から使えた。説明書はやはり英語版だったので解読は皆無でしたが図解書で理解できました。最初は手足の動きにコツがいりました。しかしながらコツを覚えるとなんとか出来ました。付属品のメーター器はカウント数が使う度に上書きされるので運動の励みになりそうです。置き場所も一畳分要らないくらいです。
