These shoes look great however I’ve ordered twice and both times have been sent the wrong size.

I'm kinda hesitant because of the bad reviews I've been reading however I still decide to order it. One of the best and comfortable formal loafers I've ever have. True to size, I'm size 11, I and it fits perfectly super light weight and the style matches perfectly. 100% recommendable! I can't wait to order other colors for work.
