Excellent product
I shifted from eating meat every single day to a mostly veg diet most days of the week, a few years ago. I also exercise 5-6 days a week. Since I've cut down on meat and dairy and have also stopped taking workout supplements, I've noticed I tend to have less energy, am tired earlier in my day etc though I try to get all the necessary nutrients in my diet. Very Useful for Vegans to fight Vitamin B12 deficiency
Being a vegan for 10+ years it is imperative that I need to keep taking Vitamin B12. I tried many products that are vegan Vitamin B12 supplements and they were useful in helping me fight the lack of Vitamin B12, albeit sometimes I had symptoms of B12 deficiency like mouth ulcers or tongue getting wounded by teeth etc. After I started taking this product daily I never had such occurrences and I am completely satisfied with it!
