Looks great. However the hole is very big. I have a quooker tap, which is extra wide and there is still a gap. The soapstone does gets speckled when wet, which is slightly annoying but it dries quickly. One tip - my husband had put his dirty coffee mug on it, which left a brown ring! I started trying to sand off the mark, which would have taken ages, so I sprayed some flash with bleach and it worked a treat.

These seem like a great idea on paper... however they are really REALLY not. They retain water and it doesn't seem to want to dry. In fact, underneath the stone was so wet that after a couple of days it started to smell and had discoloured. Basically, this is just a bacteria sponge and stays wet so the bacteria breed and smell. Pointless... guess what does work.. a cloth... just wipe up water, leaks, drips with a cloth.

A bit sceptical at the beginning because of other users’ reviews about not staying clean, but I keep washing mine every now and then and it is always clean.

Looks perfect with our style of kitchen worktop! As you can see from the video, water marks disappear within approx. 30 seconds! Definitely fast drying!

For years since having a new kitchen water would gather around the tap and i was always wiping up and it gets annoying, and of course i dont want the worktop to get water damage. I have purchased other stuff but they either just get wet and stay damp which in turn means underneath gets damp so pointless really. This seems to be working well, best thing so far, i had to cut it with a drimmel but that was easy enough. The centre hole was a tad big, but no issues, just place a cloth there of put silicone in it. For price its really good

It does not work. Water sits on and around the item. It stains very easily and the little sand paper pad it comes with is not effective. Do not buy unless for decoration purposes only as the item is not fit for purpose.

Ho acquistato Faucet Mat Kitchen Sink per il mio lavello della cucina e sono davvero soddisfatto/a! Fin dal primo utilizzo ho notato quanto sia efficace nell’assorbire schizzi e gocciolamenti, mantenendo il piano di lavoro sempre asciutto e ordinato. Grazie alla sua superficie in pietra diatomite la acqua viene catturata rapidamente e il tappetino si asciuga quasi da solo in pochi minuti, evitando quell’effetto di umidità persistente tipico dei normali tappetini in tessuto. È perfetto per proteggere il piano di lavoro dagli schizzi intorno al rubinetto o dalla zona dove si poggiano spugne, saponi e bottiglie: la cucina resta pulita e il piano libero da aloni d’acqua. Il design è semplice ma elegante, quindi si integra bene con qualsiasi stile di arredamento. Inoltre la pulizia è facilissima: basta passare un panno umido o lasciarlo asciugare al sole di tanto in tanto per mantenerlo sempre efficiente. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia un accessorio utile, economico e davvero funzionale per la quotidianità in cucina!

Kinda shocked this product doesn’t have 5 stars. I was influenced (actually by an influencer) to buy this product. She posted about it & I thought “wow, this could solve all my problems” but then was a little scared when I read the reviews. Decided to take a chance anyways & I’m so glad I did!! I bought the 24” white. It looks sooo good and truly did solve all my problems (at my kitchen sink anyways) 😂 I didn’t realize when I purchased that it would actually absorb any water that dropped on it. That was a trip. But yeah 10/10 would purchase again!

Nice product! Does what it says. Looks nice! I would like anyway to be lite more absorbant, would have been even better.
