Very good low carbon product
I have bought many low carbon sweet snacks but wanted something which would replace bread or crackers to accompany cheese etc. This product is crisp and excellent for this.

Stays RISP
Great with salads and solitude salad whatever or some kind of dip. The Chris bread stays very crisp and taste really good. It doesnโt interfere that much with the taste of whatever you put on it. Itโs a nice flavor goes well. Was just about anything.

Very dry and flavorless
While I applaud Atkins for trying, these crisp bread is awful. I'm not even sure what to do with what's left. I tried one and couldn't finish it. I tried dipping it in soup and it was still flavorless. The texture reminded me of sandpaper. I enjoy almost everything else that Atkins makes, though. And I'll keep trying new things.

Is what you'd expect
I don't know what other reviewers were expecting from a product which has virtually no carbs, but I think this is a solid product. It isn't big on taste, but that's what you'd expect because what makes other breads and crackers taste good is... carbs. It is very brittle, and will not withstand the force of trying to spread peanut butter on it, although you might be able to gingerly spread some jelly on it if you're careful (the inability to spread anything on this without it cracking is why I give it 4 not 5 stars). I used to eat cheese and crackers as a snack, but have started eating the cheese with this instead. Does it taste as good as the carb laden crackers I used to eat? No. Is it way better for me? Yes. This product is what you'd expect in a product of this kind and people who say how awful it is just aren't being realistic in their expectations.
