I type this sitting on my weight bench at home. I took one tablet a half an hour ago. I had dinner about 2 hours ago. I must say, I haven’t started my workout yet and I’m sweating profusely. No jitters thus far. As of right now i give it five stars just for feeling like I’m burning calories without doing much. I must have had bad luck or something, I mixed two of these together, took two and it gave me straight diarrhea. Buyer beware, I guess. The energy only lasts an hour or two when taken on an empty stomach.It's not worth it.

I was hoping for something that could pick me up on those foggy brained days but these are far too strong for me. They don't wear off by bedtime - I find myself inexplicably stressing out around the end of the day. I even tried crushing them into a powder and sampling the tiniest possible bit of it - still stressed me out to the max. Way too strong.
