Lovely little pan. It seems to be very non stick. It’s a nice weight and size. I thought it might be a bit small but it’s bigger than I expected. The pan handle and the lid handle both stay cool. I use wooden spoons and hand wash these pans as they are very expensive so I can’t comment on using metal utensils/dishwasher. It’s also extremely well packaged so there’s no danger of dents etc. The little steam vent hole works really well and as you only need a very low flame to cook things there’s hardly any steam in the kitchen. I’m really pleased with my hexclad pans and I love cooking with them. I’m glad I went with them even though they are pricey. I’ve got all three pan sizes and the smallest sauté pan - that’s pretty much all you need for home cooking.

Great quality of craftsmanship. Non Stick works a treat without the teflon coating. Easy to clean and feels as if it’s made from good quality materials. Perfect size for making scrambled eggs

The BEST Pan ever. Although expensive, have invested in great quality. Wont be buying any pans for a long time.

Best pans I’ve have ever had. Bought pans, roasting pan and frying pans. Replaced every pan I had. Expensive but in my opinion very good.

They are fantastic. In my 70s, been cooking all my life and I can say they are the best I've ever used. They live up to every word they claim. Easy clean, handles don't heat up, absolutely non stick, no need to crank up the heat, NO spitting from the lids, the steam escapes perfectly. What more can I say. Worth every penny. Money well spent. I can already see they will last for years.

Rubbish! Never been used on high heat and coating comes off… DO NOT BUY!

This HexClad 5-quart pot feels very high end. It’s heavy in a good way, heats beautifully, and just makes cooking feel more luxurious. Nothing sticks, cleanup is easy, and it looks gorgeous on the stove. Perfect size for soups, pasta, and sauces. Definitely one of those pieces that makes you feel like you upgraded your whole kitchen.

I was apprehensive about the hype surrounding Hexclad cookware but decided I’d give it a shot. I love to cook but have been disappointed over the years with many different set of pots and pans that claimed to be the next best thing. But for the first time in over 60 years of cooking I have found a product that actually does what it says it can. My Hexclad pots and pans cook everything evenly, at lower temperatures while providing excellent searing when needed and fantastically easy cleaning. I have had nothing stick to these pans and I’ve tried to really put them through the the tests. Eggs, cheese, steaks, pasta and more, I just run hot water in the pan, a little soap on a sponge, a finishing wipe with a paper towel and they look brand new. The weight is great, metal utensils don’t scratch them, the handles stay cool and they look GREAT! Btw: I am a real person, not getting paid or receiving free merchandise. I bought these pots and pans myself and it’s the best cookware purchase I’ve ever made. Highly recommended.
