Oh, I love this GIANT tub of magnesium salt! It's so soothing and relaxing. I personally think it’s perfect for a nice, warm bath after a long day. It helps to relax muscles and relieve tension. I notice relief with my inflammation & my skin feels so soft and rejuvenated. One of the great things is that you can use a generous amount in your bath to maximize its health benefits. Oh yeah... This absolutely helps & on more than one level. I have what they are calling pelvic congestion syndrome where the veins in pelvic & abdomen swell, so this upsets the balance of my whole body etc. I can't tell you exact amount I've ordered & used but IT'S ALOT. Yes, it can get pricey when I use as I do, but I just cut back on other things so I can afford this product. Theres really not a price that be put on feeling better during things like I'm going through but let's face it, it's hard when the finances are limited, but it's even harder when feeling bad. I do recommend this product bc it does in fact help & at some point, doctors Will do 2nd surgery but I doubt that stops me from using the product bc I've truly witnessed a chance to feel relieved after each bath soak even if it only last a short while. Great product!!!

Disappointed. I am looking for food grade salt. Looking at the small package I see they are food grade. My thought was to buy the 1 gal as it too would be food grade. I mean why would you mix food grade and nonfood grade on the same page? Right? Nope. Guess the larger qty is nonfood grade.

Good product, good price, well protected in a bucket, but boy oh boy to get the bucket opened! You need specialized tools and some significant hand muscle and dexterity! Please change the lid type. I will not reorder until I know the packaging has changed!
