This shower set is amazing! It looks beautiful in new shower. But when we used it, we were so pleased at the water pressure and the rain shower head. The handheld works perfectly and makes rinsing so much easier. It is very handy when we bath our dog also. I contacted customer service about ordering a spare cartridge. They answered quickly & so happy to help with my order. I recommend this product & their customer service.

This is a great shower assembly and works very well once installed. I love the aesthetic and the matte black looks very clean. Both shower heads work very well and you can use both at the same time or either at once with more pressure using the mixer valve. My one complaint is the install instructions were pretty bad. Very poor illustration and the instructions are not very specific or thorough. One example of poor instruction is the elbow they provide that connects to the mixer valve water supply and goes to the handheld shower head. The Elbow fits extremely tight to the finish tile and does not come with any sort of extension to provide some wiggle room. What I learned is that it only uses about a quarter of the threads until it gets a tight fit to the tile and contains a water tight seal when paired with a generous amount of Teflon tape. The key is making sure the female fitting at the end of the mixer valve supply that the elbow threads into is at minimum flush with the cement board and more ideally almost flush with the finish tile. The instructions on this elbow is almost non-existent. The end result and the quality of the product outweighs the difficulty of install due to poor instructions.

If You are even thinking about bath remodel or just updating shower plumbing. This is a fantastic deal. I could not believe how the name brand competition is selling in piece meal parts. Talk about confusing! They want a sky high price for each little part. To complete a set like this! After I finally put together (what I think was a similar set) the price was about $1100.00 dollars total for this set up ! Also when you have a question or problem you can be sure of a quick resolution by email from this seller. I would go ten stars if I could. After all my research and trips to big box stores, that only left me frustrated! Also you are getting all metal parts, no plastic! this set has a very nice sturdy feel and RICH looks. This is the set for sure. So stop looking! I mounted my hand held shower head high because thought I may not like the larger shower head. However the main is shower head is fantastic too. I just wasn't sure if I would like the larger shower head. But turned out I love it as well. I like how it turned out see pic's. Thanks for reading. *REVISED* I like the simple clean look of the system but we're been disappointed by it's durability and performance. We installed this shower system and immediately noticed poor flow through the shower head. The wand worked great with a powerful flow. Unfortunately within a week saw wear on the shower wand handle and hose. Now, a couple months later. The neck of the shower head has sprung several small leaks around a seam in the shower neck. EDIT: the company was very responsive in sending replacements for the faulty components. We'll have to be cautious with the replacements and I'm hoping they last a bit longer.

UPDATE12/18/25: Seller saw our review and emailed us to get our mailing address to send us a brand new one for free!!! 10/10 customer service! Charged to five stars. Product is nice overall and install was simple. However, the main shower head only lasted 3 years before the internal seal or something broke and the shower head started leaking out the side. Couldn’t contact seller directly and it was outside of return window. Guess they just don’t build things to last anymore.

I ordered this shower system to install during my bathroom remodel. Once installed, the contractor determined that the cartridge was defective and needed to be replaced. I panicked and thought "Dang! I should have bought a name brand from Lowe's or Home Depot!" So on a Thursday afternoon I called the 800# for Customer Service and explained the problem. They asked me to send an email with the order # and my name and email address and they would take care of it. After I sent the email they send me a confirmation stating that the replacement cartridge was being shipped and I would get it on Saturday....2 days later. And sure enough, it was here on Saturday morning. I was so impressed with how quickly they made the issue right. AN I love my new shower system. It is both attractive and functional. I didn't have to pay shipping or any fees at all to get the replacement. As I remodel my other 2 bathrooms, I plan to use this Company's products.

Great price and great quality

The customer service and follow through were excellent. While all communications was through email, Gina, my customer service representative, was always timely with responses and very helpful information. The company even provided me with a replacement flexible coil without my asking to help my contractor solve a small problem which wasn't necessarily Gabrylly's fault. So far, we are thoroughly enjoying our new shower system and apparatus and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Cartridge damaged just after few months of using it rarely. No support or replacement. Ad says 5 years warranty but there is no way you can contact support to receive replacement or parts for plumber to fix it. Would not recommend. Edit: support got in touch and sent the replacement cartridge relatively fast. Still had to pay plumber $100 for replacement. Expected the original cartridge is going to work longer, not just 1 year with rare use.

Plumber installed it and stated the valve cartridge was defective causing the poor pressure. Otherwise I love the look but hope the water pressure issue can be resolved.
