Does anyone know the measurements for the small litter pan? I'm looking for small litter pans to use in cages for kittens for an animal shelter.

I don't know the exact measurements, but I've bought them before for that purpose and I believe they are about 12" long and about 8" wide. They do fit nicely in the cages. WalMart usually carries them too if you want to try to see one in person.

What's the inner dimensions and rim dimensions exactly?

21/22 X 18/19" It is hard to measure because it curves slightly. The decrease in size from rim to bottom is negligible. Also there is a slightly lower portion at one end to allow easier access.
