Solid product, works as expected I’ve been using this product for a little while now and overall I’m very satisfied with it. It arrived well-packaged and matched the description on the listing. This works great at holding our baby monitor camera but one part on it is a little loose i will have to end up gluing as its the part that the top arch part screws into. It's the black part in the metal pole. But its nothing goue wouldn't be able to fix. I honestly love using this rather than mounting thw camera on the wall because when our daughter was only a couple months old and we would go visit family and she would get really tired and need a nap I would set up her pack in play in a room and set up this baby monitor stand next to it so that when we would be in another part of the house spending time with family I could keep a eye on her in her pack n play

I can’t say enough great things about not just the product (great quality from what I’ve tested out so far), but the company. I ordered this a month or two ago and hadn’t opened it until last week when we finally started setting up the nursery. I noticed the stand only had 2/3 pole pieces it was supposed to have. I reached out to customer service, they responded within 24 hours, and shipped me a whole new stand that arrived less than a week later! 12/10 recommend.

This is our second time buying from this brand—we loved our first monitor, but this one is an awesome upgrade. The video is super clear (even at night), and the sound is great. The included stand makes setup so easy, and we love how flexible the positioning is. Setup was quick, and it gives us total peace of mind. Definitely worth the upgrade!
