Best Shilajit I have found on Amazon.
Been buying this brand for about 2 years at least 10 times. Been very happy with the quality of this product. Have tried others in the past at least 4 or 5 and could not match the quality of Upakarma . I don't know about the other claims that this product says it does but what I do know is it helps me sexually with and with energy and I also for some reason sleep very very well. It tastes like crap but it is what it is you can put it in tea along with some honey to make it taste better.
