Great value, good quality was deliver and put together. its perfect for people with limited mobility and find it difficult to get out of a normal chair .

It's not often you get a company to stand by their products but when we had a bit of a problem with this chair, over a year later, the customer service from Frenetics was outstanding. Really lovely people to deal with. Very caring. The chair itself is very comfy, it was delivered and set up in exactly the right spot for dad, even though getting it in was challenging for the guys. Dad loves his chair, he sleeps in it comfortably for long periods and feels like it's given him a new lease of life, because it's so easy for him to operate and get in and out of. When it eventually needs replacing, this is the only company I would buy from, hands down the best.

Overall? This chair is good value for the price! Easy,though a little fiddly to see and fit back to base but once located a firm push will lock everything into place. All the electrical leads are safely secured and away from possible friction areas(as chair rises and returns) and the 2 button control is firm,easy to hold and use. Its quiet and smooth in motion and although feels a little unsteady-at its full rise height- it seems to cope quite well. The numerous pockets are very welcome but beware when using the rise facility as anything in the cup receptacle area is in danger of falling- unless small enough to sit deep in the receptacle. These are around 6 cm deep x 9 cm diameter. I have this chair on a laminated floor and with the small wheels -2 at the back- it is very easy to move.! I have had this chair for several months now and there are just 2 points to raise: 1. Although the whole chair at first felt firm,not hard,to sit on and the arms and back much the same,there has been the following changes: 2. The seat has softened and is comfortable,the back supports better but unfortunately the arms are of such soft filling they are,in places,quite flat. This could be due to the fact that the seat width- being narrow- brings the arm rest more into use. Perhaps greater density foam filling? 3.Finally,if buying again( and I would) I would pay the extra and buy the 2 motor model. It would give greater flexibility between back and footrest to achieve better positioning according to your requirement for that particular day. One tip- the base unit is very heavy and I would not recommend trying to lift it out of the box- even 2 hefty guys- because(A) there is insufficient room between base and box for hands and(B)the strain on your back would be unwise. We found-my wife and I- that by placing base box with opening on it side it was easy and no strain for one to hold the box whilst the other slid the base out! From unpacking,assembling and using took around 30 minutes. Great product- time will tell whether foam filling is up to the quality of the remainder of the chair

I was looking for a chair for a relative that has a disability but, wanted one that did not look like it belonged in an old peoples home. This was just perfect!!! comfy, easy control and tips up slowly to assist with him getting onto his walking aid!!! Fantastic design.

All I can say is that this chair is value for money 💰💰 two lads that set up the chair are really helpful

Very disappointed it’s just an overcharged recliner armchair but worst of all if you are not happy you have to send back yourself via your own courier at your cost . I had a standard electric recliner which was far better than this
