I’ve been using this product for years and there’s a noticeable difference in my hair length and nails. A dose is six pills and the bottle gives you about 60 days so value is pretty good. It’s never upset my stomach and I don’t think it has an odor to them.

These Collagen tablets are good for your skin, bones, muscles, etc.....for us (just a bit) older folks who's body's are moving up with age. I only take 2 daily just to supplement my health. I know they are not miracle tablets but it helps.

With consistent use for a couple of months now I have found a discernible improvement in my hair. Actually this product is the best I have found. The tablets are largish so that may pose a problem for people who have trouble swallowing. I experienced no side effects and plan to continue with them.
