Full of flavour
Lovely product! Its quite concentrated and thick so lasts ages and adds so much flavour to dishes , I like to add to spaghetti bolognaise, chilli and curries, wouldn’t be without it now

Taste..
The only part of this product I dislike is there's not enough.. I absolutely love Black Garlic and everyone I tell is hooked.. Quality is perfect ..You can use it in cooking, eating it on crackers and I make batches of Garlic butter, keep it in freezer,so always available..Simply tasty on a steak .

Very beautiful gentle umami
Here’s a great lazy product. You buy it. You use it. You buy more. Delicious a little on a good bread and fresh tomato ..... ,many other delicacies and delicious uses..... ..... but when i make the time i prefer their whole black garlic cloves mushed up with a drop or two of either olive oil or good vinegar ....... mmmmmmm with tomatoes and a pinch of inca salt !!!

Bitter taste rather than naturally sweet, thin consistency
I was hoping for better taste and a thicker consistency. It's more bitter than sweet and has a thin consistency. Previously, I've been buying whole aged garlic, and the taste is much better. I wanted a paste, as that would last longer, rather than buying whole garlic. I wouldn't buy it again.

Great taste, great versatility
Tastes amazing! And so versatile! A dollop with some rosemary biscuits and medium/strong cheese is absolutely heavenly, also tried it mixed in with some steamed rice, and added a bit on top of some cooked (beef) burger patties. I made black garlic and chive infused olive oil which, when drizzled over salad and cooked veg/meat, went down a treat and had family members begging me to make more! Overall, I'm pretty sure this can enhance almost any dish, so don't be afraid to experiment!
