PRODUCT: Great product, feels sturdy enough, the instructional video is great and the application process is very simple. Had a slight bubble under the screen, but the seller was great in resolving this (see below). Would definitely recommend to anyone else with a Surface Book 2 SELLER: Purchased a glass screen protector from this company, had an issue with a bubble under the screen. The seller was amazing with their help and support, sending another completely free of charge. I was extremely impressed with the manner, speed and consistency of the communication I received from the company, and the rate at which they were able to resolve my issue. 100% would recommend!

great screen protector. FITS PERFECT. The screen protector matches with the speakers and camera and sensors. Overall its a glass screen protector for the SB2 13 inch. great price. It fits and does the job. Easy to instal, comes with a kit and instructions and left no air bubbles. To be honest you don't even notice its there. It doesn't affect the screen quality or the touch quality or usage with the surface pen.

Fitting this protector to my Surface Book 1 went well. It looked and felt good. The surface pen worked OK. BUT the touch screen on my Surface Book 1 became very unresponsive to fingers and therefore unusable. This rendered the item useless, so I sent it back to for a refund. Disappointing.

I wanted to get this asap after buying my new 13.5" surface book 2. It's a good protector and although the holes for camera sensors etc are not perfect they are good enough. I don't know if it's just me, but I found fitting it quite difficult a couple of specks of dust and you feel like you've ruined it. But it's on, and protecting the screen which is the main thing.

Its dead easy to fit, no bubbles after 5 mins and you don't notice its on the screen. Whats not to like about it? Edit: Two and a half years later its still like new 🤗

After watching the you tube video and following the steps one by one i managed to apply the screen. There were a few bubbles however i pulled back the applied screen slightly and let it slowly attach to the screen again and it worked perfectly. Very pleased and happy

Firstly - the touch sensitivity on my surface book is really poor since applying the screen protector. It takes 3-4 touches to get it to respond. Tried the advice from microsoft to calibrate the screen but that made no difference. Secondly - the good thing - the application of the screen protector was really good and made simple with the advice from manufacturer. No bubbles :). Now got a dilemma if I should remove the screen protector or not :(

Very good installation instructions. Few bubbles but watched the video and they all gone now :) Don't cheap out, get this one and you'll be happy with the purchase.

Prodotto ottimo e resistente. Ha una buona resistenza alle impronte. Non diminuisce in alcun modo la sensibilità del touch né dei vari sensori (se applicato correttamente). Forse un po' altino il prezzo.

Ich habe den ScreenProtector wegen meines Surface Book 3 gekauft und bin sehr begeistert Neben einer detailierten Anleitung, wie der Protector aufgebraucht wird, über Positionshilfen bis zu Reinigungstüchern ist alles dabei. Ging sehr einfach und auch wenn die Anleitung auf englisch ist lässt sich der Protector mithilfe der Piktogramme einwandfrei anbringen. Bei meinem ersten versuch bildete sich leider eine Blase in der linken unteren Ecke die leider auch nicht von selbst raus ging. Diese Problem wurde durch den sehr netten Support behoben indem ich einen Neuen Protector zugesandt bekam. Verdient 5*

"Contre toute attente" parce que j'ai dû plusieurs fois relever un coin pour sortir les bulles d'air, et malgré cela, le rendu est absolument parfait. En gros : même avec deux mains gauches je recommande.
