Die flohsamenschalen sind sehr fein gemahlen. Dadurch quellen sie schnell auf. Ich schlucke die gequollene Masse gerne weil sie geschmacksneutral ist und nicht eine dicke Pampe ergibt. Ich trinke noch ein großes Glas Wasser zum besseren Verdauen. P.S. mein Hund hat Analdrüsenprobleme und bekommt die Flohsamen unter das Futter gemischt. Er frisst sein Futter ohne Probleme.

Prodotto eccellente. Lo uso per preparare il pane senza glutine e il risultato è davvero sorprendente, l’impasto migliora molto in struttura, tenuta e consistenza, e il pane viene soffice all’interno e ben riuscito. Finalmente, grazie a questo psillio, riesco a ottenere un pane senza glutine davvero superlativo. Consigliatissimo.

Commandé en début de mois , ma commande a été annulée (et remboursée) pour je ne sais qu'elle raison. Puis je l’ai recommandé et là, aucun soucis. Très bon produit, un peu cher je l'avoue, mais très bon produit....il fait "son boulot" 😉
