But for me, the Tongkat Ali is the standout, really giving me that vitality boost I was looking for. On top of that, the 1500mg dose feels potent enough without being too much. With 60 servings, I can see this lasting a while, which is nice. If you're looking for a natural boost to kickstart your mornings and help bring some serious energy back into your life, this is definitely worth trying. I’ll be sticking with it. Side note: Lately, I’ve been experimenting with different habits to improve my overall energy and health. I’m now drinking freshly ground coffee from a steel coffee maker (no more cheap filters or instant stuff), cutting out sugar whenever I can, and just trying a bunch of new things to see what works best. First, it claims "60 servings". The bottle contains 60 pills, and recommends taking 2 pills per serving.... I'm no math professor, but that sounds a lot like only 30 servings. Second, it claims it is "Pure Himalayan Shilajit", then immediately lists "Sea Moss, Tongkat Ali & Ashwagandha" as other ingredients. Perhaps the meaning of "pure" got lost in translation, but I was taught that if something was "pure", then there is nothing else in it. Even Ivory Soap says it is only "99 44/100% pure. Third, in the product photographs, it shows the product as having "1500MG Natural Fadogia Extract". So what is Fadogia Extract? The scientific name is Fadogia agrestis, which is a plant from Africa which is used by charlatans practicing medicine without a license to treat erectile dysfunction! So, while I was very much anticipating using this product, I can no longer in good conscience use or recommend it.
