I do like these because I can pick how many I need without taking too much of a dose, they do the trick but notice it next day, which is fine for me.

I bought these to help out with constipation. Not a great tasting product and a tough rubbery product. I threw them out after using a few of them and will not buy them again

Well I think we all know what this is for. I'm on a glp-1 medicine and one of the side effects is not being able to go. I take these every night and have not had a problem in months. Highly recommended! By the way they don't taste bad either.
