Lovely Pasta
This is truly excellent pasta. The fact that it’s whole grain pasta made from farro means it’s much more flavorful and nutritious than pasta made from white semolina flour. This is, without a doubt, my first choice for ditalini pasta. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, so I wouldn’t eat it every day, but it’s nice to enjoy as an occasional treat.

Delicious Ancient Grains Macaroni
Felicetti delish ancient grains macaroni is absolutely delicious, and always comes out al dente. I have been purchasing this brand for about 10 years. I highly recommend using the farro ditalini for soups.
