A great buy, highly recommend
I noticed a difference after just a few minutes, maybe five or so. I thought more was better so I put it up to 5 at first, but now have it on 2 and it's very relaxing. I have venous insufficiency with swelling in both legs, but particularly bad in my left. For several weeks now, the sweeling has been worse with constant pain and my ankle on the sides and back is throbbing. I don't know if the swelling is going down right now, but it does feel better, no pain in my calf or ankle and I can move my ankle again. I wish I could buy one for home as well! The remote makes it so much easier, too. Since I have this under my desk and have knee pain to contend with, it's nice to be able to just use the remote to turn it on/off and change the settings.
