So far so good. Because if the cost, I'm only using 16gigs of ddr5 ram and a 1tb gen 4 m2 ssd. I'm coming from an i7-6700 with 4tb m2 ssd and 64gigs of ddr4 ram. And this thing little i5 ultra is fast! I used this to build a client a server of sorts for there buisness. She was using her own laptop as storage for the whole office to use. Thus should improve not only her performance but, the entire office should benifit from it.

Works great for my media server build. Runs cool and doesn't use a lot of power. The 245k's built in AV1 encoding is what sold me on this CPU. This saves me money from having to buy a discrete GPU and having to power a discrete GPU in a 24/7/365 situation.

Excellent replacement for our old PC.

Muy buen procesador

Runs cool even with $40 air coolers. Pretty snappy. Installed in about 15 computers for a client and have had zero issues. Price was great when I bought them. Would recommend for business PCs or possibly even at home depending on what you're looking for and budget. I even have AI on in bios and NPU driver installed but not sure what if anything it's actually doing but I do not use the systems daily. Did not test much gaming or manual OCs so not sure how well they do. There's 10000 reviews for that on Google ;)

Szybki, niedrogi, ma niezłą zintegrowana grafikę. Gdyby byłby bardziej energooszczędny, to nie byłoby czego się czepiać. Trzeba pamiętać o dobrym chłodzeniu.

I did a lot of research before picking the 245k, I was actually about to buy the I7 14700k and then saw this processor. It has received a lot of bad press, but this is primarily based on gaming performance versus previous generation 14700k at the same price point. However two things made me buy this instead: the primary use for the PC is for Blender usage, and the 245k scores 316 versus 396 for the 14700, and is way above the likes of AMD 7800X3D (261 core) and was priced at a 1/3 of the price for me. This left enough money to get a better GPU So this was a clear winner for me from a value for money perspective.
