Really like these electrolyte tablets. They’re great if you’re feeling dehydrated, run down, or have been working hard in the heat. I’ve found them especially useful on long days on site when you’re sweating a lot and need something more than just water. They dissolve quickly and are easy to drink, and the flavour is nice. You can also adjust the amount of water depending on whether you want it stronger or weaker, which is handy. The fact they’re zero caffeine is a bonus as well if you just want hydration without any stimulants. I’ve also tried the caffeine variant and wasn’t a fan. They smell a bit like Red Bull but don’t taste great, and don’t look very appealing once dissolved. Personally, I’d stick to these and get caffeine elsewhere if needed. Overall, a simple and effective way to stay hydrated, especially during physically demanding work.

I go to the gym regularly, and over time drinking plain water can get a bit boring, especially when you’re on a diet and trying to avoid extra calories. These tablets are a really convenient way to mix things up. You just drop one into your bottle and it turns plain water into a flavoured drink, which makes it much easier to stay hydrated during workouts. The taste is actually quite nicely (not too strong or overly sweet), and I like that there are different flavours to choose from, so it doesn’t get repetitive. They dissolve quickly and are easy to carry around in a gym bag, which is a big plus. I’ve been using these for quite a while now and keep coming back to them. If you get bored of plain water but still want something light and easy to use, these are definitely worth trying.

Slightly sweet for my taste but a nice overall flavour. The caffeine boost is very welcomed as it gives you a tangible boost. Great for electrolytes, pre or post workout too!

These are very very good electrolyte tablets. You really feel the caffeine hit and the taste is pretty good. I prefer the taste to the SiS equivalent but that is personal preference. These ones do have a very slight sucralose taste (sweetener) but its not bad by any means. This tablet is probably best suited to someone doing short length exercise and who is using cardio exercise to aid weight loss. If you are doing endurance sport I do not see the point in a 'Zero' branded sports drink, especially now that the general trend is towards 100g/carb per hour. You can achieve this using High5's other sports drink, which is their carb mix 2:1 Energy Drink. Still, this is a great product which will keep you hydrated, prevent cramp and give you a slight kick. I normally use two tabs per bottle.

Taste - gross. I don't like berry flavoured anything but they were on offer lol. Works? Very well. I felt more awake on my flight, think they helped me not have a migraine ( I get so many of them, I knew a flight in hot weather to the States would set my head off, but these definitely helped!) I was also worried about DVT on the flight being overweight, plus I stupidly left my flight socks at home, but these did help me feel more alert, and I made sure I walked lots! But I would buy them again as they did help me. After an 11 hour flight and no sleep I felt awake, alert, and still quite fresh thanks to these.

Too sweet due to sucralose. It doesn't say how much sucralose is in them which is concerning 😟 not sure they do much for me. Wish they used Stevia instead.

I regularly buy these in bulk as my friends help themselves to a tube whenever they are over. I particularly like the grapefruit with caffeine and the berry tubes makes a great change. They have a great favour, no aftertaste and provide good electrolytes during exercise or just encouraging me to stay hydrated. The caffeine boost is great !
