I love this cocoa. It’s expensive but the results are amazing. I use it to make dark chocolate peanut butter chip cookies and brownies that are always met with rave reviews. The depth of color is also remarkable and the flavor is richer and less acidic than other dark cocoa powders. If you’re trying to decide whether to splurge on this for a recipe, just do it. It is far superior to other dark cocoa powders you might find at a grocery store.

Most chocolate of chocolate experiences! Used it in a gluten free cake and buttercream frosting. Both cake and frosting used either coffee or espresso powder. The flavor was off the charts! Have made it multiple times for parties and everyone agreed it tasted incredible. Mixes easily and smooth. I'm not a great cake decorator and the green frosting flower stems look like green beans, but the pansies tasted great with the frosting.

Excellent cocoa powder. As a professional chef, I’ve worked with top brands like Callebaut and Cacao Barry, and this one doesn’t fall short at all. It delivers great flavor, a deep rich color, and excellent performance in recipes. Outstanding cost-benefit. Highly recommended.

This cocoa powder is outstanding. It's incredibly smooth; full-flavored but not overpowering despite the intense black color. I added some to my morning coffee and I think this will quickly become a habit :) No negatives. Fat content on a per-gram basis is slightly lower than some others (if my calculations are right) but it tastes great. I haven't baked with it yet but if I notice any issues I'll update this review. As a "chocoholic" (and with a relative who's a pastry chef), I've tried the high-end brands and this one is right up there. Excellent value. I'll definitely buy again!
