Please don't go for this. it is useless crap that they are selling for so much Money. a. it doesn't have any vitamins like they claim - the deficiencies in body only kept increasing despite taking this for an extended time b. don't mistake it for HIMALAYA as the name is misleading, this is not from the reputed HIMALAYA brand very disappointed.

It will show effect after a few months of use. I have been using it for 1 year and found no vitamin deficiency. I am not sure if it is its effect or not.
