Does it blur lip color when applied on over the top?

It’s very clear and thick. Not sure what you mean by blur, -does it smear lipstick, I wouldn’t put it over lipstick. It is the best lip moisturizer/repair I have found.

It is so hard to dispense! I have never encountered a product that is so difficult to get out of the tube. Any solutions to this??
