Energy for your brain and body
This has made a huge difference in my daughter’s life! She is studying ballet/ dance full time in the UK…The dreary weather difference of England from where she is from in America( and the fact that she walked to the school before light, no windows in studios, and walked home after 5pm in the winter) was getting her down. As soon as I got this for her( she used it while she puts on her makeup and eats her breakfast) she felt SO much better- happier and energetic! 😎👍🏻☀️

It isn’t compatible with uk adapters and can cause interference with other items such as tv, therefore I will have to return it unfortunately.

Good product
This therapy light is very bright and can get somewhat warm. Seems to be very reliable. It provides the "light" for boosting your mood, if you live in a darker climate. It is only the visible light, it doesn't provide UVB for Vitamin D production or Infared for the mitochondria.

Powerful and effective
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Living on the West Coast of Canada we have a lot of of the rain and clouds during the winter season. This light felt like an infusion of vitamin D. I keep it on while I'm working and the results were fast. More energy to do the things I want!
