I've always thought waffles were just for dessert but how wrong I was! Marilyn Haugen's "Stuffed Waffle Magic" has opened my eyes to a whole new world of culinary delights that I was totally ignorant of. This book is packed with recipes and enough technical know how to get even a complete waffle novice like myself started making stuffed waffles. Whatever your tastes may be there is something in this book for you. I was especially surprised to see the vegan waffle recipe and intrigued by the delicious sounding ingredients! With the festive season fast approaching this book will be put to good use in my household.

My husband recently had stuffed waffle at a restaurant and enjoyed it. I was interested in how to make these. The book contains some good tips for perfect stuffed waffles and answers to the common issues faced. Although the book has a variety of stuffed waffle recipes, only a few of them have photos. Would have been nicer if the book had more photos.

It is incredible how many waffles recipes are there, I would have preferred to see the recipes in the photos too, the book has only very few photos.
