Please check whether the front and back of the printing paper are placed correctly, if the front side can not be printed, please change to the reverse side.

Does this thermal paper print colour pictures?

Colour printing is not supported.

No. The thermal paper can only be used with a thermal printer.

Outstanding thermal paper

This thermal paper is very well made and seems to give a quality print every time I use it. The Imaging is crisp and clean and does not smear or rub off at all. I will be purchasing again when I need some more. I strongly recommend this product and I strongly recommend the seller.

Missing facts and non-required disclosures.

This seller requires a subscription of $8.99 a month after the first year to access the printer controls. The first year is $32.00 as far as icould tell. And as far as i could tell that subscription price was not mentioned at the time I order the product. Nice printer but to me not at $8.99 a month. Sorry, so i just returned the item for a refund.
