Maskal Teff Organic Brown Teff Grain, 14 Ounce

I eat teff porridge every morning. I add 30 grams of banana, that I fry first. Then I add the teff, cinnamon, vegan protein powder (vanilla), flax meal, almond milk, and to top it off...one Brazil Nut. It is a very satisfying breakfast.

Tasty Smaller than millet, but doesn't dry out after baking with it. Has a nice flavor I've eaten it like oatmeal And made pancakes and naan bread And enjoyed each. It's a little gritty if you use a coffee grinder, os if you don't have a flower mill, you might want to buy the actual flour. But it's GF, corn free, soy free

I bought that for my 8mo baby. First time she seemed didnt like it but after 1-2 she really liked it.

Bought this to make gluten free, nutritious items for my kid, it’s excellent quality and great value compared to other comparable brands and sizes, has a pleasantly nutty taste and unique fine grained texture, I used it to make pudding as reccomended by the recipe on the bag and didn’t love the texture, the grains are very small and chewy and hard to dissolve. Will try again in bread or grinding into flour, as I like the flavor but didn’t enjoy as pudding.

I like this product a lot ,I never had it before but heard of it before it's takes a little while to cook but it's very filling . I make it just like I would porridge being from a Jamaican Background I was raised on alot of it so I just treated this grain the same way . It's definitely beneficial contains alot of fiber etc. It has been apart of African cuisine for years .

A good product for those looking to reduce or eliminate gluten from your diet. Good to top with veggies over for lunch or dinner, but I prefer other types of GF grains for breakfasts.
