I've been brewing this in my Aeropress for a while now, and it's become a favorite. this is a lovely coffee -- velvety smooth, slightly sweet, creamy flavor with perfect notes of brightness. it's not too dark, not too acidic, not too *anything.* deep without bitterness, crisp without too much acidity. very quaffable! medium roast, great packaging, no woody, dank or off-notes. the bag seals back up easily.check the roasting date when you get yours to make sure it's fresh (although I think the kinks have been ironed out here). grind right before brewing. I think you'll be happy.

Extremely delicious and I’m picky
This is such an excellent coffee with lower acidity, so it doesn’t bother my stomach and lots of flavor! I wish it was easier to find more places locally!

Lacks flavor
I'll preface this review by saying I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I do very much enjoy a good cup of coffee. I was really disappointed with these beans. The beans are really dull and do not have any flavor or smell to them. After I grind my coffee, and before I throw the grinds away, I usually smell them and these lack that great coffee aroma.

Great Basic Whole Bean Coffee
Very nice smooth coffee. Not super fancy coffee shop coffee, but some of the best you can get from a mass produced bean. 5 stars would be for small batch, local, ultra fresh roasted beans.

Not espresso-like; no notes of dark chocolate or roasted marshmallow as advertised
I don’t think that this product tastes like espresso at all, nor does it have the dark chocolate or roasted marshmallow notes that it advertises. I didn’t find the smell of the initially opened bag very pleasing, nor did the beans look freshly roasted; rather, they looked stale (very dry and pale). Once ground and made into coffee, I found the taste to be closer to much cheaper coffees, like the kinds you get in large cans.
